User agreement
1. Terms
The seller is [full name of the individual], address: [correspondence address], email: [email]. The service is the GordStore bot, Mini App, website, catalog, payment and delivery features. A product is a digital code, access, account or subscription described in its card.
2. Orders and payment
An order is formed after the user confirms it in Telegram. The price, availability and delivery method are shown before payment. Payment is processed only through the configured payment provider or a previously confirmed bot balance. A pending or manual receipt does not trigger delivery.
3. Digital delivery and returns
After confirmed payment the digital product is delivered in the bot and the order is recorded. If delivery fails or the product is defective, contact support with the order number. Returns and claims are handled under applicable consumer-protection rules and the actual product type.
4. Website catalog
The website is an information and catalog interface. To buy, the user opens the Telegram bot and presses Start; the bot authenticates the Telegram account and re-checks price and stock.
5. Prohibited actions and liability
Users must not bypass payment, resell access without permission, abuse APIs, submit stolen payment data or interfere with the service. The seller may suspend abusive accounts while preserving confirmed order records.
